I had a great experience renting my storage unit from here. They were the kindest, most helpful people and we’re always there to answer the phone If I had any questions. I liked the idea that they were constantly monitoring the facility so I felt very secure in leaving my “stuff” there! I highly recommend them!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Summerset Storage. It's definitely the best storage unit I've ever used. The units are so well taken care of, and they are the cleanest I have ever seen. Terri and Jerry who own Summerset storage run it the way everyone should. I felt so safe there. The security is excellent!!! There are cameras everywhere, and they watch them. I felt safer there then the storage units I've used with the gates you have to put a code in to get to your unit. During the day you often see Jerry around working outside. And Terri was so nice and helpful whenever I called her. She has got to be the nicest person I have ever dealt with over the phone. We shared some laughs and she sent prayers my way as I moved to Florida. They definitely helped as I was driving through Indianapolis and Atlanta.🚗🤗 As we loaded the Uhaul we made sure to wave and smile at the camera's. As we pulled out everyone waved and we said goodbye. I might just call you sometime Teri to see how you and Jerry are doing? God Bless you both. I wish I could give you more then 5 stars. You deserve them.

We’ve been using Somerset Storage for nearly 2 years now and are very satisfied with our rental unit. The lovely couple, Terri and Jerry who own and run Somerset Storage are some of the best humans I’ve ever met. Recently I lost my mom and am struggling with it. The other evening out of the blue, I received a text from Terri saying that she was thinking about me and hope I was doing ok. I needed that and I’m very grateful to have her in my life. A month ago I had an emergency need for storage, and called Somerset Self Storage. This agency has a great reputation in our community. The owner answered the phone, and explained the whole process to a newbie. They agreed to drop what they were doing, and meet me so I could obtain the unit. From the time I called, to the time I had keys in hand was approximately 20 minutes. The facility is extremely clean, highly secure, and easy to access. Mrs. and Mrs. are some of the most compassionate people I've ever met!!! They understood my need, and did everything in their power to accommodate my urgent needs. I will continue to be an exclusive customer to them, and highly recommend them to others!!! :)

Great friendly people to work with. We have never had any issues and we’ve had several units here for several years. I had a key issue once and they worked around my schedule to meet me there to replace it. I highly recommend Somerset Self Storage. I have tried to contact these people several several times I don’t know what is going on with their phone number, I even drove out there looks like a ghost town, so yeah I would definitely not even give these people a one star. I don’t know what they’re doing or what’s going on if they have closed up the shop they need to take down their post on the website
