my washer broke Thursday night and I called them around 7, even with such short notice they still squeezed me in and came by the very next day around noon. sadly it needed a part to be replaced and I worried it might take time to get that part in but no! they have the part and are comming back today (Saturday morning) to fix it. with this kinda stuff speediness is important and I really appreciate their efforts to get it done asap! not to mention the guy that stopped by yesterday was super nice n good about explaining everything. idk what other places charge for washer repairs but pricing seems fair to me too.
