UPDATE: Still 5 stars! Richelle helped us sell the home she helped us buy 6 years ago. Over the last 6 years she regularly checked in with us and when we were getting ready to sell, she helped us decide on which improvements to make. During the selling process Richelle was so helpful and dealt with a few bumps along the way. She was a total champ and we are so lucky to have worked with her. As first-time home buyers using a VA loan, we had no idea what to expect. Not only did she find us a home under budget, but it was way nicer than anything we thought we’d be able to get — and far better than the other homes we toured.What really set her apart was how sharp and knowledgeable she is. While touring houses, she pointed out flaws I would have NEVER caught on my own. She knows her job inside and out, especially when it comes to VA loans. She understood exactly what needed to happen for the VA to approve our loan and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks.She recommended amazing inspectors who caught a major issue with the roof — something that could have cost us a fortune. Because of her guidance and negotiation skills, it was fully fixed before we moved in.She also suggested doing a sewer scope (which most people don’t even think about), and that uncovered an old pipe that will eventually need to be replaced. Now we’re able to plan ahead and save for it instead of getting blindsided with a massive surprise expense. That’s the kind of forward-thinking guidance I personally needed in a realtor.When it came time to negotiate, she absolutely crushed it. She helped us make smart, strategic decisions without ever pressuring us. It never felt like we were just another transaction.On top of all that, I would message her at all hours with random questions, and she responded insanely fast every single time. She either knew the answer immediately or found it quickly.
