Premium Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning was recommended to me by a friend who said everyone in her neighbourhood raves about them. I can see why. Matt was very friendly and did an incredibly thorough job. He made good suggestions, but didn’t try to upsell on all kinds of different disinfectants, stain removers and deodorizers like other carpet cleaning companies. I was very impressed with the reasonable price And will definitely be booking with them again in the future.

I employed this service today. The output is, unfortunately, zero. The tech was kind enough to tell me upfront that he wouldn't be able to remove the food stains ( and lived up to that by not removing any). However, they didn't even remove the dirt, which other services remove 100% of the time. I feel that my money got wasted. Wouldn't recommend this service.The last couple of texts that I received from Matt, the tech:"If he did such an amazing job then it makes me wonder why you looked for a different carpet cleaner ? Doesn't make much sense. Goodluck 👍🏼""No it doesn't. Amazing job done. My carpets look amazing, so clean they also smell nice now. Price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this company. Good customer service also very friendly. His work shows that he cares.Two weeks prior, I had my carpets cleaned by a different company that did a terrible job, they even came back to redo them. My carpet was still dirty, and a really bad smell that wasn’t there before. Then I found Matt my carpets look so awesome now, he did an amazing job and he got the stink out. I’m so thankful.
