Initially I was quite anxious because the content,quantity per page on the health forms plus that there was a time limit that was not made clear so I had to start over a number of times. Once I understood the process I knew what I had to accomplish and was given encouragement and support that I was on the right track.Meeting the Medical staff via Zoom went well to help get a clear picture of what the plan may bebut that would be clarified once more of my medical records were received and reviewed.I feel quite hopeful that the why's of my health decline in some areas have an opportunity to be determined.Maureen Steliga

The initial interview was very well done. We covered all aspects of my health issues. Dr Hurst develop a plan that we would follow. I especially like that Dr Hurst took the time to review my previous results so the discussion covered actual results to date not quessesDr Hurst took the time to explain the medical tests he is proposing.
