Dana is an amazing aesthetician! She is very professional and addressed all my questions and concerns before starting my appointment. She works very wuickly and my first wax was nearly painless! My first Brazilian was done by Angela, and she did perfect! She took her time, and she has a light hand. Second wax was with Monica and it was horrible. The wax was too hot, and I was left with bruising and burns. She did not make me feel comfortable, more like she just wanted to get the job done quickly. After each strip, she did not apply pressure. She also did not hold my skin taut before pulling the strips off :( very painful. My skin stayed so irritated, sore, raw, bruised, and sensitive to touch for 6 days after the wax. Never coming back.
