We have been using their services for my mom for about 3 weeks now. The caregivers we have had have all been patient and helpful. The only reasons I am not giving 5 stars at this time are that 1) we have already had some turnover in the staff assigned to help my mom in the short 3 weeks, and 2) the staff we have had have had some challenges with one of the tasks we need done - but the problem was identified and fixed. And I will chalk this up to the bumps that come with any new system being put in place. But I really appreciate the positive and supportive attitude I have gotten from everybody I work with there. And I believe their care has helped reduce my mom’s problems she was dealing with before.
