Cole, was an excellent representative to have at my house. He exceeded my expectations on the roof inspection and informed me on everything going on with my house, even things previously I didn't know. Cole conducted himself professionally and gave us a competitive price with lots of options. I am still receiving quotes but keeping them at the top of my list of companies that I will deal with in the future.

Great experience with Advanced Building And Roofing. They did a great job on replacing two roofs, main residence and a detached building. The main residence required a certified fortified roof. In addition, both buildings had gutters replaced with ridge beam reinforcement on the main residence. Cole Cleary did a superior job in communications and follow-up. I would highly recommend the company based on my experience.

I would highly recommend Advanced Building for your Roof Replacement. They were great from start to finish! Breonna was very knowledgeable & helpful throughout the entire process. Cole came out to complete the Inspection the next day and went over the estimate with me in detail. He was great and always available to answer any questions. Steven was the Project Manager and made sure everything was completed correctly on schedule. The owner (Timothy) even made time to stop by and check in just to make sure everything was proceeding smoothly and we were satisfied with everything. 10/10 all the way around! Would definitely use them for any work we need in the future!!

We recently had Advanced Roofing complete a large project on our house. They did an OUTSTANDING job with everything! We had our roof replaced, work done on our front porch, and gutter guards installed. The team included Breonna who provided exceptional customer service - from day one she stay involved, coordinated everything with our insurance company and kept the project on schedule. Ken and Tim provided multiple estimates and were always available to answer questions, be onsite to manage the project and followed up after the project was complete. Jorge was responsible for repairing our front porch - he delivered quality craftsmanship and even worked late to ensure our project stayed on schedule. We cant say enough great things about the Advanced Building & Roofing team. They made the entire experience "painless". Their team is professional, courteous, extremely knowledgeable and we would def recommend them.

Cole was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about roofing and was able to give us a detailed report on damages to our roof from another company. We wish we had gone with Advanced instead of this other company. If we have further roofing needs, they will definitely be the company we call!
