Cole was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable about roofing and was able to give us a detailed report on damages to our roof from another company. We wish we had gone with Advanced instead of this other company. If we have further roofing needs, they will definitely be the company we call!

Cole did a great job of explaining my options without pressuring me to go with the most expensive option or doing what everyone hates and say "this is a today only special price". Don't we all just hate that sales pitch? Cole was patient listening to my concerns during the initial consult and communicated well before and after the job was complete.I apologize that I don't recall the name of the guys that came and did the actual work but they were outstanding!! I have a real tricky corner where the roof line meets the chimney that just looked awful from whomever did the original installation years ago. These guys knew what they were doing and not only does it work correctly now it looks good too!!

Her kindness, timeliness and communication was the best. She walked us through the whole process which made what was a stressful situation more bearable and manageable.
