Last February we saw that a seminar was being held at our local library. We decided to attend and had the absolute good fortune of meeting Barb. We were pretty clueless to the whole Medicare scenario. We had talked to a couple of others and still had no idea. She explained everything in a way we could understand and brought wonderful handouts with great info. We stayed in touch with her over the months. When it came time this fall she helped us through this whole process. I don't know what we would have done without her. She is so knowledgeable and patient! We had lots of questions, concerns, she took care of it all and spent a lot of time between long phone calls, emails and texts. Mission accomplished! My husband and I are not officially signed up with Medicare and our chosen plan thanks to Barb and all her recommendations. She's really an amazing person and we are sincerely grateful to her for everything she did. My wife and I attended a couple of the Medicare presentations Barb gave at our library in the month's before I was going to need to sign up for Medicare and we found her talks very informative. When I turned 65, I contacted her and she was so helpful in narrowing down the myriad choices to plans that worked best with my doctors, medications, and medical conditions. My wife did the same when it was time for her to sign up. She's very well informed, easy to talk to, and always patiently helps us examine all of our options. We've used her every year during open enrollment and also when we moved and had to change plans. Can't recommend her highly enough!
