Signe did an outstanding job helping my wife and I buy our house with very little stress. She helped us buy our desired house in San Diego despite us living in Texas. Signe guided me well through the whole buying process and was very responsive day and night. She always responded to my questions within 5 minutes of my call or text and was very patient and explained everything well so that it was easily understood. It’s obvious that Signe has many years of experience and has extensive knowledge about Real Estate. She looks out for potential issues way before they even develop. Not only that, she’s great at following up with various realtors, repairman, inspectors, escrow officers etc. and making sure the buying process went smoothly. Besides her outstanding Professionalism, it’s obvious Signe cares about her client and she is great to know as a person and pleasant to work with. She makes sure you’re comfortable with each step of the buying process. I am very lucky that Signe was my Buyer Agent and wouldn’t have wanted any other Realtor to work with over her. Wish I could give Signe Beck a TEN-star review!! Not only was she extremely knowledgeable and professional, but she was kind and considerate while helping me find a home for my very elderly parents. She made a stressful situation far easier than I had ever anticipated. She was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had, whether it was negotiating on our behalf or providing regular updates, etc.Signe’s dedication to my parents and their needs was AMAZING! My wife and I were very pleased with the service provided to us by Signe at Keller Williams Realty. With very little notice in advance, Signe was able to lineup a collection of properties that incorporated our criteria for our desert home. As a result we were able to successfully submit an offer during our limited schedule. More importantly, Signe was able to present us with a signed contract within 24 hours. The excellent service continued not only before but after escrow closed with attention to details that saved us many thousands of dollars in repair costs. I am on the board of directors for a very large homeowners association in the Palm Springs area and was tasked with finding a real estate broker to help us sell a home that the HOA acquired. It had been tied up in the courts for over 10 years and was touch and go up until the day of closing. I was chosen to spearhead this project as I had recently retired from a successful 30-year career selling real estate in the Seattle area.While interviewing brokers, I was looking for someone who could closely mimic the way that I conducted my business when I was actively selling real estate. I was looking for someone responsive, someone who embraced technology/the internet/social media, and someone who was genuinely excited about selling this specific home. Signe clicked off all of the boxes I was looking for. I found brokers who clicked off a few but she was the entire package.Our HOA had a bottom line number that we needed to be able to pay off the enormous amount of debt accrued and it was a mighty task to get that number. The majority of the board never felt we could get our price, and I was starting to get a bit nervous during the process, but Signe never waivered. We received a full price offer immediately but they got cold feet the next day. The next group of offers were all "bottom feeders" looking for a sweet deal which wasn't going to happen as we had a fiduciary duty to our homeowners. Signe told us to stay positive and her guidance paid off.Signe did a great job with open houses! Most open houses are a great way to brokers to pick up new buyers as clients. Signe actually holds open houses to sell homes - what a novel concept! Her turnouts were great and she would provide us with fabulous feedback. Her communication to HOA powers to be were phenomenal! I don't think that I've ever met a broker as responsive and helpful with feedback as Signe. And her initial feedback on what needed to be done to get the home ready for market was impeccable and spot on.Bottom line, I can't recommend Signe enough and I would give her 10 stars if I could!!!
