Bunce Concrete & Constructioon

I have hired David and the team to do a 220 sqm concrete pour for my house and the best way i can describe the experience is mixed feelings. While the concrete and demo work was really good, the customer experience was a roller coaster. They used to show up and do the work whenever they please and without any prior notice. David would answer my calls and texts only when he feels like it. He promised he would fix or clean anything that breaks in the process. But while the job is now done, they fixed all the pipes they broke (before the pour) but left my gutter and house rendering broken in different spots, and my frontyard a big mess.I was patient and nice throughout the whole process with them as I know how hard their job is but they seem to have taken advantage of that very quickly. They’ve made mistakes with the edging, and when I tried to warn them about it early, they said they don’t need micromanaging or they simply made jokes. Here are pictures of the yard they left me with that I’m currently trying to scramble tradies to fix for me out of my own money right now.And for some reason, one section of the concrete looks like a different colour than the others. But that’s what i have to live with now.If you have to go with Bunce, just make sure you’re more firm on them. They will abuse you if you’re nice. And just keep watching them while they work (which I couldn’t do as i had a baby to look after).
