I called Oveanview after a horrible experience with another “5 star” company literally left me in tears by insisting that I replace my unit instead of making a few repairs. They came out the same day, and worked me into the schedule for repairs the next day. While it took a while to get the actual OEM part, they immediately came out to fix it when it arrived. Everyone was super kind and knowledgeable. Emiliano was amazing! He was always prompt, polite, and professional. He made a very stressful situation (it was August—100+ degrees) less difficult and even answered my follow up questions on the weekend after completing the repair. 100 percent recommend!

Just had a wonderful experience with Oceanview. Robert and Aaron came in respectfully and kind. They were precessional throughout the entire experience. We used them within the last couple of months and had another leak, I was worried about another large payment, BUT they showed video of the problem and mentioned it might have been overlooked last time so they waived the cost! They are absolutely people you can trust to get the job done. We have cold air again and if something goes wrong, I know they will do what needs to be done. No gimmicks!

Bobby is a very professional technician. He checked my HVAC system thoroughly and made some adjustments. Instead of selling me a product that might not solve my problem (sweating duct work on the first level), he determined that my problem might be caused by too much outside air entering my house from gaps in the soffit. Hopefully, once the soffit repair is made, the problem will go away. Based on my experience dealing with several HVAC companies, I feel Oceanview is the most knowledgeable and honest of them all.

We had no AC for 5 days during the last few days of August. We had called another repair service and they came right out. Unfortunately they diagnosed the issue as one thing and ordered the wrong part. We were left waiting for 3 very hot days and hotter muggy nights waiting for relief. Michael arrived and discovered the issue was not such a big expensive problem after all ; diagnosed, and fixed the AC within an hour! I am so thrilled. We are customers for good now. Oceanview Heating & Air has been a breath of fresh air for us - pun intended. We were with a large company, not local, and were really unhappy with the service. When we needed to get our unit replaced in the winter of 2026, we vetted several of the top companies in the area. Oceanview not only offered the best deal on a unit, they offered the best maintenance plan as well. Since then, the service has been amazing.
