We just bought a house in the area and had multiple HVAC companies assess our damaged A/C unit and either fail to diagnose the issue or charge exorbitant prices for the repair. Innovation Air was fantastic, the techs were very professional, the quote we received was reasonable, and the unit was fixed in a timely manner. Mark did a great job diagnosing the source problem which was no power to the condenser. Tested and eliminated other possibilities. Checked the breaker box at the unit on the roof and the home breaker. Electrical issue. Very good diagnostics and came on a busy day. Courteous, helpful.

The guys came in to replace our heating system during extreme cold. Took them most of the day but we were nice and warm soon after. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took time to explain things and address our concerns. when finished, they cleaned up inside and outside and you would never know they were there, except that we were nice and warm again.
