He arrived exactly at the scheduled time and carried out the work in a well-organized and very thorough way, including cleaning parts and filters, and taking photos for documentation. When finished, he left all the work areas clean. Before leaving, he explained his recommendations clearly. The comprehensive invoice I received from Richard listed all services performed and suggestions made.I was very satisfied to have this service performed by a technician with such a high level of experience and precision, as well as a polite and friendly manner.
