Bryan, the project manager came to the house and reviewed what had to be done. We had the AC upgraded and a completely new heating system installed. They completed the entire job in 4 days. Innovative Air Management should definitely consider giving Richard a bonus and a raise. This is the second time he has serviced my minisplit unit, and once again, he went above and beyond. He performed an extensive deep cleaning, taking great care to ensure that every component was thoroughly cleaned. Richard documented all of his work with photos and videos and provided helpful recommendations afterward. Even the heavy rain didn’t deter him; he was out there with an umbrella, diligently cleaning the rollers, filters, and the main compressor. His customer service skills were outstanding, and he demonstrated a deep understanding of the service provided and the necessary work. If I ever needed Innovative Air to return, it would solely be due to the exceptional service Richard delivered.
