I’ve been training Muay Thai at Sityodtong for 8 months and look forward to every class. Learning a new sport at 36 years old was intimidating but Coach Richard and the staff maintain safety protocols while also building on skills at my pace to keep me challenged. The owner, Richard is the absolute best! He is very communicative and helpful! Richard and all the coaches are excellent and helpful. They are patient and understanding with the littles in the kids classes and push you for excellence in the adult class. My son absolute loves his Muay Thai class, that sometimes he will do two classes in a day! It’s a great workout.
