The guys did a fabulous job. My carpets look great! The Carpet in my game room in particular was in very rough shape. I honestly thought I was going to have to replace it. They worked hard and when they were done, it looked brand new! Additionally, the guys were very professional and friendly. I would recommend American Chem Dry without hesitation and will be using them again.

We are very satisfied, as always, with how clean our carpets now look. Also, we had 2 tile floors cleaned. They look fantastic. Chris and Bob were friendly and respectful- the best! Highly recommend.

Chem dry consistently cleans my carpets so they are spotless. Their technicians Bob and Chris are long standing employees and are experts. They are very nice, professional and always get the job done very effectively. I have been using Chem dry for nearly 30 years. In recent years there are new owners but their services and technicians are the same. I wouldn’t use any other company to clean my wall to wall and area rugs.

Very nice day to make an appointment. Technicians arrived on time. Had quite a few carpets to clean as well as upholstered items. And staircases. The guys did a fantastic job with all items.The only flaw I have is with the owners. I always used tip the guys on credit card. Now, they can not put a tip thru the credit card machine. I felt so embarrassed because I only had a little amount of cash with me. In this day and age, there should be no issue whatsoever giving a tip the same way you paid for the service. These days fewer people carry cash or write checks. Everything has become electronic. The people who suffer are their own employees. The owners are literally cutting their livelihoods. I have a been a customer of American Chem- Dry for a few years now. They do great work. Chris did a wonderful job cleaning our carpet. All of the spots in the high traffic areas literally disappeared. The carpet looks great. I would highly recommend you consider using American Chem- Dry for all of your carpet and upholstery needs !
