Hometown is by far one of the best companies I've ever used. Ryan did a fantastic job of measuring and getting the windows on order. They custom mixed the stain for our casement windows and everything matched perfectly. Rex and Mo, the installers did meticulous work inside and out. I would highly recommend Hometown to anyone. These folks are great!

I am so glad I used Hometown to upgrade my exterior door. I could not have asked for a better installer team: highly skilled, extremely professional, very efficient, and very pleasant. They were able to remediate previous water infiltration with new subfloor and reinforced rim joist, and they were smoothly able to increase the framed opening to accommodate a 8' ProVia Signet door (which looks and functions fantastically).I will definitely be using Hometown in the future for windows and doors!

If I could give more than five stars, I would.Hometown serviced two patio slider doors for me. One was an IGU replacement (single glass panel on the door) and the other was a whole door replacement. Top notch service went above and beyond my expectations.I had concerns about them tearing down trim I had just put up and painted. They didn't even touch it. Instead, they went from the other side and installed completely new trim, insulated the door frame because there apparently was none, and installed a lovely floor transition that matched the new flooring we just put in. They even cleaned the glass for me! I was astounded by how thorough they were.Pricing? Great. I was lucky enough to get a 30% discount--I think they were having a promotion. It made them one of the more competitive quotes I got. Without the discount, they'd probably be on the upper middle price range of what I got.Speed? They were booked out about a month or two from when I got the quote but they wound up scheduling me for sooner than they initially estimated and were able to finish everything in an afternoon. Super pleased.Customer service? Top notch. Communication was clear and informative. What stood out to me was that the team seemed remarkably knowledgeable and honest, and I appreciate that!For any window and door needs, I will absolutely rehire them in the future.

Our installer Rex was incredible, he worked non stop, was very meticulous and took pride with the install. His work ethic, professionalism, dedication to his craft is amazing. An excellent experience. Udi did a great job going over the details of the project, which involved replacing all 27 windows in our house.The installation team was led by Matt and Julian, and they did a tremendous job. Very meticulous work, done in a timely manner.The windows we chose had a stained wood interior, and they were able to create a perfect match to the interior trim. Very impressive.While they were not the cheapest quote, the quality of their service was worth the price. I would highly recommend them.
