We were a little nervous about cutting into the brick, but they took care of everything, the process was super easy, and you wouldn't know the newly added windows weren't always part of the home. We have worked with Hometown twice this year to replace our windows and doors. We started with the back of our house. Their thorough approach on the sales side was very professional and low pressure. The fair pricing proposal made it an easy decision to choose Andersen especially considering the quality, warranty, company history, etc., vs the other competitor meetings/proposals. After seeing the product installed, we were so impressed with the whole experience that we decided to go ahead and complete the front of the house. Both times the products were manufactured as agreed upon and were delivered on time. From beginning to end, Hometown Window’s professionalism and performance exceeded our expectations. The salesperson contributed several valuable cost saving suggestions so that we could replace all 26 windows and stay on budget. The salesperson promptly answered all post meeting email questions. We signed an agreement at our 2nd meeting which included replacement of some exterior wood rot cedar boards. The 5-man crew were in constant motion as they set all the new windows on Day 1. The crew completed the wood frame exterior coil covering, cedar board replacement, caulking. and clean up on Day 2. They were perfectionists on all tasks. The 100 Series Anderson windows we chose will require us to replace our blinds from interior to exterior mounting. My wife is thrilled to have an excuse to replace the old blinds!
