We used Neda Builda for a complex reno on our villa. The quality and attention to detail was amazing and it looks fantastic especially considering the tolerances of a 100 year old villa can be challenging at the best of time.We lived in the house while the work was carried out and the guys were super respectful, really tidy and kept us informed at ever step, planned really well and minimised any disruption. We’ve used Neda Builder for multiple jobs now, and I can confidently say Andrew and the team are some of the best in the game.They first completed a fence for us under a very tight deadline and budget, and absolutely nailed it. Not only was the work top quality, but they also cleaned up after themselves which, honestly, sets them apart from most builders we’ve dealt with.What really impressed us was when they stepped in to fix a situation another building company had completely stalled on. The project had become a nightmare with council requirements, engineering, and geotech complications. Neda Builder took control, dealt directly with council, engineers, and geotech, and delivered a solution that others had made seem impossible.In this industry, it’s rare to find a team that actually does what they say they will, when they say they will.
