As a 35 y/o starting BJJ as a white belt, I gotta let everyone here know how much I appreciate their focus on safety. Without the guidance and going about it the way they do at other gyms, I can definitively say I would be off the mat recovering MUCH more. Love this gym. Great Vibes. OSS!!

I drop into Sagaz Jiu Jitsu regularly to do some cross training. I absolutely love this gym and the environment. Professor Ale Moss is a Clark Gracie Black Belt and she also happens to be an excellent instructor. She is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient and is eager to share her knowledge with others. Her academy was recently renovated and it turned out great. Also, I found the other student to be very welcoming and respectful. This is a great place for someone who wants to train in a safe and ego free space. Professor Ale also runs a fabulous kids and all women's program. Please drop in and see for yourself.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sagaz and professor Alē! This art is so beneficial for kids mental and physical skills. I hat he learns spills over into everything we do outside of the gym too. It’s boosts confidence, applies discipline and so many other tools that are essential for life. Highly recommend.
