Was redirected to roselle after the piercer at Schaumburg was out. Bug re-inserted my two nose piercings free of charge and then my partner also got a new septum which they changed out. Thank you Bug !!!

Just had my septum redone here and it was probably the best experience I could have asked for. I’ve previously had it pierced but accidentally let the piercing close up. So I went to get it redone. The process itself was clean, efficient and comfortable. What I’m most blown away by is the after. The first time I had my septum done I was SORE for days after. Any little scrunch of my nose was painful. This time? Idk what the difference is but I have had NO discomfort. The piercing & jewelry look fantastic and healing has been a breeze. 10/10 Atmosphere Roselle has my business for all future piercings & tattoos

I came in to get my navel pierced, and was so nervous (but excited) to get my first non-ear piercing. Anna was SO kind and instantly made me so comfortable and confident. She is super knowledgeable and very good at explaining everything. I am so happy with my results, and even happier that my experience was this positive!!

2024: Stasia is the BEST.I actually had her pierce me at the Schaumburg location. She’s so great I ended up following her to this location, but tbh I would go wherever she goes because it’s rare to find a piercer like her.It NEVER hurts. I had my (second) rook done and my (second) conch done by her. Barely a pinch. She was so fast putting the jewelry in, I couldn’t believe she was done when she was!They both healed perfectly and quickly.(All my previous piercings had issues and they’ve been out for years. Now I’m starting over with only Stasia being my piercer.)I’ve gone to a few piercers over the years (since 2013) and she is by far the best.2026: I had an industrial done by Stasia.I had one 13yrs ago and it was a wretched experience. I explained what happened and Stasia knew what went wrong and was able to successfully do this one.Industrials are my favorite.Also, again, barely even felt this! Idk how she does it, but it’s 2/10 pain whenever she does any of my piercings.So excited to have more done by her!
