Jake and Jacob arrived after another company had told us we would need an entire new unit the day prior, and had also left us with no running a/c when they left-with the indoor temp being 82. Within 30 minutes, Jake and Jacob had found the issue was leaks in the coil. They called the manufacturer, found the part was under warranty, and filled us up with refrigerant and had a/c running before they left. They were personable, professional, efficient, and thorough! Highly recommend this trustworthy company.

When Jake and Jake(yes those were the installers) came with the furnace they were polite, knowledgeable and answered more of my questions. Alliance was recommended to me by my realtor as I wanted the hvac system to be checked and cleaned upon moving in. I called and was able to get a technician for the next day! His name was Jacob and he was great! He checked everything out. I had my own filter. The hvac system had a humidifier which I was anxious in knowing how to operate. Sadly the folks who installed the hvac system failed to connect the humidifier !! Jacob took care of that, sent me an Amazon link so I could order the necessary filter (when needed), showed me how to use the humidifier, etc. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and would recommend this company to friends and family.

On 6/30/2025 Frank, a co-owner of Alliance Heating came to my place of business to help me assess my heating/ac needs knowing I was working on a budget. He was more than happy to work with me to come up with some creative ways to help me limp through with my existing ac init and a few new heat pumps to help with my heating needs, that will help me until I am able to afford a new system. He was kind, courteous, houghtful, not in a hurry. He took time to listen to me and my needs. My helper at the shop even commented what a great guy he was because we had 4 other AC companies through our shop who we're in and out within a matter of minutes and gave estimates of $30,000 for fixing onll half of my heating/ac problems. They knew I could not afford that because I told them up front.I'm working on a minimal budget and did not even attempt to work with me. I told Frank that I was looking for a company to stick with that I could call when I needed help and who I could call when I was able to afford a new system and I think Frank and ALIANCE HEATING is my guy..Writen with sincerity,Deborah Browning

Our natural gas hot water heater went out of course after hours. I called Alliance and received the best overall quote as well as extremely fast service. Fully operational within 24hrs of our old one going out. Highly recommend!They have also recently serviced my A/C and as expected from previous services they have provided for us my expectations were exceeded. Very reasonable cost and professional. Don’t hesitate to call them for any HVAC services!
