Our main unit stopped cooling on a Sunday afternoon. Luckily it was not very hot. I called AccuTemp and left a message with the answering service to be contacted and have a service tech come out first thing Monday. By 8:00 Monday morning I received a call and their service tech, Will, arrived by 9:00. Will diagnosed the problem and replaced the electric motor that spins the fan blade. By 9:45 my unit was cooling as normal. AccuTemp did an excellent job! I would not hesitate to use them again.
