They said they will be there by 8 am and arrived at 11:30am. They arrived as our party started, our guest were standing around waiting for a place to sit and eat. They just took out the tables and chairs and left them on the grass. They were also late for pick up having us wait for them to come pick it up.Jumper was clean and they secured it in the grass so that it did not flip over. They provided a generator and it was not loud. Less
