Overall service has been great and the requested service was faster then expected. The only trouble was the engineer and the plumbing company used for post work checks were not very responsive and scheduling what they needed to do. That being said, Stratum and the work that they are able to control was top notch work and would recommend their service.

Your crew did an excellent job on my foundation repair. The only exception was they could have done a better job by being more careful when tearing out my flooring. I needed to save as much flooring as possible for the repair.

Stratum did excellent job in my foundation repair. They did perfect estimation and no hidden cost associated. Also team did engineering inspection before and after work. Quickly follow up with plumber for water leakage test after work. I satisfied their work. I can provide reference if anyone interested.

I recommend Stratum to whoever needs foundation work. They will let you know if you need work or do not. The price was about half of what I was originally thinking it might be. I personally had 12 piers done. Recommended!
