I couldn’t be happier with the foundation repair work! From the initial inspection to the final walk-through, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and transparent about the entire process. They explained issues clearly, provided a fair estimate, and completed the job on time with great attention to detail. The crew was respectful of my property and left everything clean when they finished. In fact, I couldn’t even tell that they had been there. Stratum was my second call. The first company I called recommended seven peers. Stratum explained that because my foundation was actually higher in the area of my concern than the rest of my house, that it wouldn’t actually do any good to install peers unless that portion sunk lower. Ultimately the decision was up to me, but I do appreciate their honesty and integrity. As a sidenote, their pricing was also better!

UPDATE Jan 2026: After having piers installed under the exterior of each side of house years ago, we again went with Stratum when we realized a few interior piers were now needed. The pricing is fair, and the service is top notch. Crews show up on time, get the work done incredibly fast, and clean up thoroughly afterward. Very satisfied with the process from beginning to end.
