We are incredibly grateful for the care and compassion shown at Village Forrest. The staff treat residents with genuine kindness, patience, and respect and it truly feels like a community rather than an institution. They take the time to understand each resident’s needs and personalities, which brings great peace of mind to families. The facility is clean, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed for safety and comfort. Knowing our mother is treated with dignity and care means everything to us. This place is amazing for elderly people I recommend this place to your family and friends they take care of them very well .And the staff and people there are very very kind and respectful with everyone.They have all 3 meal and snacks as well they have everything they need also there meds .They also have there showers as needed everything is just so amazing there 💖💗

Our loved one was at Village Forest. We thought this was a wonderful facility and that our family member was going to be safe and well cared for. We found out that there was neglect by most of the caregivers and even abuse at the hands of someone who is no longer there. You will not find my name in your system because I don’t want retaliation in either direction. This review is strictly to warn families of current and future residents that the owners are dishonest and frequently cover up what actually takes place between caregivers and residents.

Liz and her team went above and beyond in caring for our loved one during his final weeks with cancer. Their compassion, attentiveness, and kindness toward him—and toward us during our visits—meant more than we can express. We are deeply grateful for the comfort and dignity they provided in such a difficult time. I wholeheartedly recommend this care home to anyone seeking exceptional, compassionate care.

Elizabeth and her team do a great job caring for the residents at the community. We have one of the patients on service with hospice, and I can tell all of the staff at the community really love their residents! I highly recommend Village forrest care cottage..5 stars 🌟

I would highly recommend The Village for your loved ones. Our mom was put in hospice, and we chose for her to spend her last days at the Village. When we came, our mom was barely eating. The care givers were amazing and so loving to our family! The caretakers went into her room, personally fed her, and talked with her. The food was home made and mom started eating. One of the ladies was from Tampico, Mexico, and when she found out that is where my mom was from, she would come in and speak Spanish with her. Our mom actually would smile and respond with nods. Our mom stayed there for only 9 days before she went to see her Father in Heaven, but it gave us peace to know she spent her last days in the hands of the loving, caring staff at The Village.

My cup of tea is being there for elderly people and anyone in need one because it's what makes me a human I love to give love and care 💓 one it's just the way the people feel it's not a job for me it's something I love to do I truly don't care about the pay nore money I have worked caregiver and direct care staff also have did home health care and believe it or not alot of ppl need a great understanding loving and caring person n as for me I seen a lot and been through a lot and I have so much care to give n love ❤️ yes it's a hard thing because u get attached but at least you give them the love and care and comfort they need...🤍❤️💗💓💖

From day one, you feel at home. I copied a recipe (Mississippi Chicken) where they slow cook chicken for 5 hours. The staff is amazing and truly cares. The residents gather in the dining area to work on crafts. I highly recommend this immaculate house for your loved ones.
