Had a storm door installed by Adam’s. This was set up thru Lowe’s. Adam was my installer. He did an outstanding job. He picked up the door at Lowe’s and arrived early for the appointment. He called first to let me know he was on the way. When he was finished he cleaned the work area and had me check the. Door for my approval. I highly recommend this company and Adam for any home improvement projects.

I give no stars! The crew that came to my house from the Dyersburg Tennessee store removed my storm door that was absolutely fine and had been placed a couple of years ago from Lowes. They removed it to install my new wood door that I spent thousands of dollars for. It was a special order. They were supposed to replace the storm door back of the way it was originally installed. It was not installed properly and the workers told me they had to leave because they had to go put up a fence because that’s what they do. Excuse me! I thought you install doors? They told me their boss would be coming to fix this the next day and of course I have not heard or seen from anyone! I Took off work to have this work done in one day as I was told what happen. They also asked if I wanted some sort of decorative piece that matches my trim that is special done and I told them yes. They told me it’s on there, but it’s under all of that white crap covering it! What is the purpose of having that if it’s not even going to show? That should’ve never been sold or it should have been removed. They’re telling me it’s on there, but I can’t see anything. This was installed through Lowes. . I have been in contact with Lowes regarding this installation and they know I am not a happy camper! The installers Have ghosted me and have never contacted me again. They are not just dealing with me now! They are going to be dealing with my husband! We did not spend our hard earned money for crap like this! We both work out of town and they are now going to have to work on our schedule! I’m not taking another day off of work for people who don’t know what the hell they’re doing!

unbelievable experience. came in the time schedule. didn’t take long and did a wonderful job. i would recommend them to my family and friends. i also will go back if i have any other needs

Installer did not show up for an install we have waited on for almost four months. He had some random woman call 20 minutes before he was to be at the house to say he was "sick". Then he put in false notes saying he called and left a message. No one knows what is going on and when someone will be at my house to do the install we have been waiting on since AUGUST.Waste of time

Still haven't finished my door installation. Did not show up for scheduled appointment but picked up the materials that I paid for. Didn't return my phone calls. BEWARE!!!

Caution!! Would not use them!! There seems to be a communication disconnect between Lowe’s, Whisenant, and the sub, sub, sub, young sub-contractor they sent on 11/7/25 for my install. Brandon was not able to even start the install…blamed Lowe’s and Lowe’s rep Mark blames Whisenant and their VP blames Brandon. $10k plus of materials and labor paid for since August 8th, yet no install completed, nor any accountability by anyone, excuses only!! Why a Boaz company would send a Prattville kid to do a professional job in Midland, GA baffles me to no end. NO Stars should be an option.
