20 May 2026. Thanks, we would like to personally thank Mr. Rodger Carr and his son, Connor, for the magnificent interior door replacement and exterior storm security door. Yes, from the initial measurements to the inspection of our house frame was completely built incorrectly when constructed back in 1998; not only did he bring this to our attention, but he also completely rebuilt and corrected the frame before the two installations, which were done in an excellent and timely manner. This job by Mr. Rodger Carr was executed professionally, and he displayed excellent customer service to both my wife and me during the whole installation process. For that, 20 stars are for this excellent work above and beyond.

This company was contracted through lowes for a full front door replacement. They changed the door but not the rotten wood around it. So after paying for the door and installation of over $4200 I had to pay another $400 to have someone else come out and replace the wood that should have initially been replaced. Im not even sure why they are contracted with lowes.

Had a storm door installed by Adam’s. This was set up thru Lowe’s. Adam was my installer. He did an outstanding job. He picked up the door at Lowe’s and arrived early for the appointment. He called first to let me know he was on the way. When he was finished he cleaned the work area and had me check the. Door for my approval. I highly recommend this company and Adam for any home improvement projects.

I give no stars! The crew that came to my house from the Dyersburg Tennessee store removed my storm door that was absolutely fine and had been placed a couple of years ago from Lowes. They removed it to install my new wood door that I spent thousands of dollars for. It was a special order. They were supposed to replace the storm door back of the way it was originally installed. It was not installed properly and the workers told me they had to leave because they had to go put up a fence because that’s what they do. Excuse me! I thought you install doors? They told me their boss would be coming to fix this the next day and of course I have not heard or seen from anyone! I Took off work to have this work done in one day as I was told what happen. They also asked if I wanted some sort of decorative piece that matches my trim that is special done and I told them yes. They told me it’s on there, but it’s under all of that white crap covering it! What is the purpose of having that if it’s not even going to show? That should’ve never been sold or it should have been removed. They’re telling me it’s on there, but I can’t see anything. This was installed through Lowes. . I have been in contact with Lowes regarding this installation and they know I am not a happy camper! The installers Have ghosted me and have never contacted me again. They are not just dealing with me now! They are going to be dealing with my husband! We did not spend our hard earned money for crap like this! We both work out of town and they are now going to have to work on our schedule! I’m not taking another day off of work for people who don’t know what the hell they’re doing!

Installer did not show up for an install we have waited on for almost four months. He had some random woman call 20 minutes before he was to be at the house to say he was "sick". Then he put in false notes saying he called and left a message. No one knows what is going on and when someone will be at my house to do the install we have been waiting on since AUGUST.Waste of time

Still haven't finished my door installation. Did not show up for scheduled appointment but picked up the materials that I paid for. Didn't return my phone calls. BEWARE!!!
