Friendly people, plentiful of classes and decent equipment. I’d recommend this place to others in the area

The club caters for all age levels from fitness to Muay Thai and tournaments. They have a good gym too. Professional team and great trainers. Highly recommended.

absolutely awesome gym, fight and fitness, lovely trainers, all the admin assistants are awesome and so lovely, good pricing and got everything you’ll need. the worker named doug is who i’ve been talking to about the gym, absolutely lovely dude, very kind and makes this gym more than just a gym, he makes you feel like family.

I enrolled my 6 yr old here in Mauy Thai classes. He absolutely loves it . The instructors are amazing with the kids . Extremely affordable, great atmosphere, I highly recommend checking out the classes and gym .

Coach O and Coach Isaac are legends. Who better to learn Muay Thai from than an ex-professional Thailand fighter. Friendly community and great facilities as well.

I’m only at the very beginning of my journey but my experience so far has been nothing short of amazing. From liaising with Doug to have a trial - right through to my first Muay Thai class with Johnny and Coach O today it has been such a great and welcoming experience. The gym has everything you can think of and more and even the other gym goers took the time to say hi and welcome me, which was an added bonus for someone like myself who gets bad social anxiety! Highly recommend!
