Honestly one of the best experiences I have had with any kind of home service. We had an Aquasana reverse osmosis system installed and the team that came out was exactly what you hope for. On time, responsive, and they clearly knew what they were doing.I do not know much about plumbing so I was a little nervous going into it, but they made me feel completely comfortable and walked me through everything. They took care of it quickly and professionally and did not make me feel like I was in the way or out of the loop.If every home service experience was like this one, life would be so much easier. But my most favorite part of everything was how thoughtful they were to match my existing kitchen faucets with a beautuful matte black drinking water faucet and an under the sink hose to fill up my 5 gallon jugs!
