Let me tell you how I fell in love with this company without knowing anything about them prior to this experience!! Hands down the GREATEST experience EVER renting with this private company!! The communication was IMPECCABLE!! In dealing with Chris continuously via email and phone to picking up the van AND upgrading it upon pickup with Alonso and renting an EZ pass to getting insurance - I will NEVER use anyone but VTI again! Enterprise, Avis - you have NOTHING on this establishment! I needed a 15 passenger van to bring my special needs/autistic group to Hershey overnight! THEY loved the van and wanted me to buy one! 😂 They were so happy! VTI is the place to go, I will NEVER not praise them for being the BEST humans!!! Thank you times a million!! I love you ENDLESSLY!! I had an amazing experience with VTI Car and Van Rental! I initially requested a 12-seater Ford Transit for a last-minute trip, and not only were they able to accommodate my short notice, but the owner also kindly upgraded me to a 15-seater at no extra hassle. The vehicle ran smoothly the entire time—no issues at all. It was clean, reliable, and perfect for our group travel needs.What really stood out was how accommodating and understanding the owner was. Chris went above and beyond to make the rental process easy and stress-free, even working with me to provide the best possible price and time to return the vehicle due to my hectic schedule. His professionalism and willingness to help, especially on such short notice, were truly appreciated.I highly recommend VTI to anyone in need of a dependable rental and excellent customer service. Had a great experience, Chris was extremely helpful & the Luxury 9 passenger sprinter was amazing, clean, sprinter is beautiful & drives amazing. No lie, I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the Van was and we had no issues with the vehicle on the road. Drove it 2 hours into NJ with a van FULL of kids. Dependable or reliable are the first words that come to mind. You can tell that they take care of their vehicles, it was clean. They were pleasant and polite too.
