Do not even consider going to this Bodyshop.This place is a complete nightmare and I strongly believe most of the “good” reviews are not real.Owner - Zare - is not responsive and repeatedly gave me false information. My car has been at this Bodyshop for 3.5 months with no substantial work performed. Every time I asked for real progress, I got excuses, vague updates, or silence.They keep abusing insurance supplements - we are currently on supplement number 4 - and still no results have been delivered. No completed work. No clear timeline. No accountability.What made it worse:• No responses to calls or messages• No responses to direct demands for a status, proof of work, or delivery date• Constant delays with zero transparency• You get strung along until you are stuckIf you value your time, your money, or your car, stay away. This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I have ever had.Photos from 2 different months - car remains the same. Parts not ordered.

Please be very careful in financial matters when dealing with this organization. The owner of this company does not keep his word and is dishonest. Do not trust him. He issued a check to my company, which was later voided, and since March 2025 he has been making promises but has failed to fulfill his financial obligations.I will never use the services of Zare or his company again. It is extremely unpleasant when deception occurs.Unfortunately, the vehicle painting was also done with defects. I strongly recommend being very careful in financial matters with this company and thoroughly checking the quality of the work performed. I will never use this company again

They provided excellent assistance, and I was very happy with their service. Even after hours, Enzo was there and truly understood my situation. In LA, being without a car is not an option. Bought this beautiful BMW X5 from auction, but it had scratches, dents and many exterior issues. I brought it to Enzo Collision, and they did a great job. Painted front bumper and hood, passenger side doors and polished all around and my car looks like brand new. I am amazed how they can match the color and make it shiny like it’s newly build from the factory. Black color is always very difficult to work, but they did great job. I do appreciate it. Very professional, fast and excellent service. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs repairs of any type. Thanks to the team who did fantastic job

I just had one of the best experiences here. My car looks great. They were spot on with the time it would be available and the price they estimated and they delivered what they promised. They truly do not take advantage of their customers. They are honest and straightforward and thorough and I will definitely be referring friends and family to them and although I hope I don’t have to come back, but if I do, I will definitely use them again.
