The experience is just what I was hoping for. The instructor challenged the class and was a perfect guide through the class so that I could learn more about yoga and make it rewarding. I came away feeling relaxed and stronger

By far one of the best studios that I have practiced and I try local studios as often as I can when traveling for business or pleasure. This one is owned by a lovely young woman that teaches and supports her yoga community by offering yoga teacher training. The studio is clean, modern, has wonderful instructors, and a very welcoming vibe. LOVE me some LOVE YOGA!

I feel so much better after a vinyasa flow with Gilly. She is an incredible instructor with the most amazing energy. I love when an instructor offers assists in class- she has helped me improve my form and confidence on the mat. If you haven't taken a class with her yet I HIGHLY recommend that you do!

I LOVE love yoga and am so enjoying the special events and classes they put on. I'm doing the 7 week journey in Chakra's and adore the class and the reflection. Recommend this place to locals and tourists!

This is an amazing place, especially if you're a beginner looking to fall in love with yoga. Every class is an incredible workout that challenges you while leaving you feeling accomplished. I've never wanted to cry after a workout, not because it was too hard, but because I was so proud of what I achieved. The instructors are incredibly kind, encouraging, and supportive. They make everyone feel welcome and help you grow at your own pace. I genuinely love coming here and can't recommend it enough!

One of the best classes I’ve been too! I took a sculpt class with Lily Breukelman, she had great energy and music! She made every movement easy to learn and it was a killer workout! Will definitely be going again
