A great class with the perfect balance of yoga and strength training. A challenging class that pushes you in a good way. The teacher is very knowledgeable and inspires you to challenge yourself while still being aware of proper technique.

Love Yoga is my favorite yoga studio! It truly brings me joy, grounding and a sense of community when I travel to Whitefish (which I do 1-2x/year). I would love a studio in my hometown!

I love LOVE YOGA! They offer a variety of skilled classes as well as times offered at both locations. I don’t get to the Whitefish location often, but attend the Kalispell location weekly. The instructors bring their own unique spin on classes and I respect that they stay true to themself without bending to what they think students need. They know. They’ve been professionally educated & certified and can share a wealth of knowledge about physical, spiritual, and emotional fitness throughout their classes. This is the best yoga studio I’ve attended in the valley and I love the quality of classes offered.
