I am humbled by the core walkers who ruck over 222 miles and the volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes to support their journey. This is one heck of a mission and I love that awareness it brings to how heavy mental health can be but how much lighter it is when you share it with others. This has been an eye opening experience to the importance of checking in on your people.

I participated in the 2025 Lets Walk It Out ruck march. This was an outstanding event for both the veterans and law-enforcement community as well as first responders and their families. It also was incredibly important to me. The people I met, the stories I heard, and the experience was moving and incredibly impactful. I would reccomend that you attend one of their events as soon as you are able. Hope to see you there.
