After months of having Lisa Carroll as my therapist I have found her to be very knowledgeable. I appreciate that she is trying different methods in my treatment of Lymphedema. Using PT tapes seems to helpful in managing my swelling and level of pain. She has shown me that wearing compression garments will work long term in controlling my edema and pain in both legs. After months of having Lisa Carroll as my therapist I have found her to be very knowledgeable. I appreciate that she is trying different methods in my treatment of Lymphedema. Using PT tapes seems to helpful in managing my swelling and level of pain. She has shown me that wearing compression garments will work long term in controlling my edema and pain in both legs. Axiom lia davis delivers excellent care and all the therapist are wonderful. They are very knowledgeable in the treatment of lymphodemia. In 2022 was a bad year for me with open draining wounds caused by the swelling of the legs and also with infections.I was in and out of the hospital that year. I was trying to go out to therapy 2 to 3 times a week. My mobility is limited and I depended on transportation. I was missing treatment because transportation did not show. No call no show. Working with my primary doctor, he was able to get care to be in the home setting. Axion was ordered for home treatments and Primary Wound Specialist was order for wound care. The two providers worked together .It was then when my legs started healed. I have had no hospitalizations since 2022. All wounds are healed since 2023. I continue with lymphodemia therapy to this day. To all therapists who have care for me, I thank you for your caring spirit and helping hands. HJP Less

We then got a few, that would either cancel at the last minute, or show up sometimes extremely late in the evening (including the Supervisor). We actually filed a complaint on one of the Supervisors, because he was extremely rude, and accus... More

It was good in the beginning, with the first therapist he had(Sanjay) . Sanjay the therapist had to leave the company because of a family medical emergency . We then got a few, that would either cancel at the last minute, or show up sometimes extremely late in the evening (including the Supervisor). We actually filed a complaint on one of the Supervisors, because he was extremely rude, and accused me of not cooking what he considered “healthy” foods. I explained, that a then 92 year old is set in his ways, and that when I would cook these so called “healthy” foods, he would not touch it. Financially we are not in the position to throw away money. Tardiness would be a real big issue, (that particular Supervisor showed up one time 4 hrs late) A lot if not the majority would be from one and a half to 2 hours plus, with both therapist or Supervisor . The therapy was slacking and had a lot to be desired. At that point, he decided that the therapist was not doing anything beneficial, that he wasn’t doing himself, and that coupled with the tardiness, would cause him unneeded aggravation and high blood pressure. The therapist was well aware, that it was an issue for him, but it continued to happen. It was causing a lot of postponements. Instead of being able to do planned things, had the therapist shown up in time, we had to postpone things for the following day. A lot of times, we sat here waiting, not hearing anything from the therapist. In addition, one of the things my dad likes to do, is watch the news on T.V. The therapist we had, decided that she would also watch the news, instead of performing complete therapy. The majority of the time, the only thing that was done, was measure, apply lotion (no massage) and put on his socks. He would put on the outer garment and do his own massages. The Insurance doesn’t need to pay, and have him co-pay for services not performed. I suggest you vet your therapists better! The only one that was good was Sanjay! Less

And honestly, severely depressed. The two therapist who come to my house were so patienttaking time to answer any fears or questions I had. They soon became friends not just therapist. They helped me learn to adjust the hose and the device. They ordered a new one when the first one was so noticable when I sing in choir each week.The beige one was difficult to put on so they ordered me a device to help me with rolling the stocking up my leg. Both ladies have been professional the entire time but made me feel like a friend and not just a patient. They cared about ME not the problem. I greatly appreciated that. I still have an issue with the hose and devices slipping down after a period of time causing pain and a ditch near my ankle. But they didn't ignore my compliant. They are working to help me figure out how to solve the problem.While I still have bouts of depression with the device ,both are working to help me find something to try to clear that problem.I cannot find enough words to say how much the two ladies have helped me accept this issue..They care about ME and this situation.
