First this company is very professional, from first phone call, excellent communication and follow up.Humberto came to my new residence and studied my hardwood floors, saw scratches no one else saw, informed me about moulding and what was going to be replaced, I explained I was going to remove and move some floor vents and he checked and confirmed the places the repairs. My quote was excellent, better than I expected, however I was also in need of a GC for the house to bring up to code, I ended up using a flooring company that had a licensed General Contractor to pull permits and be responsible for all structural work needed in the crawl because the one section of the floor had some “give” on the planks.If not for the substructure and needing a engineer signature I would have went with HM Flooring. Humberto is impressive!
