Whilst I didn’t attend a class nor any practices, I was walking past this establishment when a polite young lady said hello to me.I went in for an impromptu coffee and both of the persons working (forgot the second Lady’s name, sorry!), were very polite kind and offered a nice chat + the black coffee was great!I shall return for a class, thanks to you both :)

What a lovely warm welcome I received for the front desk on my first visit and this continued through to my class instructors. Classes are clear & informative helping each individual to work at their own pace & level. Close interaction too is always a bonus & much appreciated. This Yoga spot is clean, relaxing and welcoming. Highly recommend a visit!!

Flotation magic! I cannot begin to describe the sense of calm and relaxation I felt after experiencing the flotation tank. The effects were amazing, and I came away feeling completely refreshed and deeply relaxed.I was slightly apprehensive beforehand as I can be a little claustrophobic, but I was pleasantly surprised. I closed the lid and never once felt restricted or uncomfortable. Instead, I was able to fully switch off, unwind, and enjoy the experience.I would highly recommend flotation to anyone looking for a unique way to relax, de-stress, and take some time out for themselves. An incredible experience that I would happily do again!Almost forgot to had- enjoyed the most delicious Cacao drink and a chocolate ball in the new cafe. Will be coming back for the masala chai next time :)

Lovely space, teachers and community at Yogahook

2026-05-15T12:42:22.684Z

I recently moved from London to the Gerrards Cross area, finding Yoga Hook has been one of the best discoveries of my move. From the moment Nina, the owner, welcomed me and showed me around the studio, I knew this was somewhere special. The studio is beautifully equipped with everything you need for a quality class, and the entire team is warm, professional, and genuinely passionate about what they do. The variety of classes on offer means there is truly something for everyone.I am a regular at Nina's chair yoga sessions — a class that manages to be both deeply restorative and surprisingly powerful. Nina is an exceptional teacher: attentive to every student, thoughtful in her approach, and wonderfully creative in how she designs each session. I also look forward to Adrian's Thursday Zumba class each week, which is joyful, energetic, and exactly what you need after a long day at a desk. It is the perfect way to move, laugh, and decompress. What truly elevates Yoga Hook above a typical yoga or fitness studio is its community. The people here are warm, inclusive, and genuinely invested in one another — something that is increasingly rare and deeply valued. Nina is now planning a café space to bring members together beyond class time, and it feels like a natural extension of everything the studio already embodies. If you are looking for exceptional classes, outstanding instructors, and a community that will make you feel at home, I wholeheartedly recommend Yoga Hook.

YogaHook has genuinely become such an important part of my week. From Hot Pilates and HIIT Pilates to Hot Yoga and Yoga Sculpt, every class leaves me feeling stronger, more mobile, calmer and more grounded. As a 42-year-old mum with young kids, staying fit isn’t about aesthetics anymore — it’s about strength, longevity, energy and keeping my body resilient for the years ahead. YogaHook has been incredible for rehab, flexibility, mobility and mindfulness, while still giving me workouts that properly challenge me. Any time I take a week or more off, my body and mind really feels it.I’ve learnt so much about breathwork, recovery, balance and functional movement — all while sweating A LOT 😂Huge shoutout to Mandy, Tiahna, Amy-Jo, Kelsey, Matt and all the amazing teachers who somehow make every class feel welcoming, motivating and empowering, no matter your level. If you’re looking to build strength, improve mobility, protect your body for the future and leave feeling mentally lighter too… this place is honestly special. 🤍 thankyou Nina for creating this vital space for us all xx

Really love this mat that I bought from yoga hook. It’s non slippery, made of cork and really easy to carry. I teach at yoga hook and other places locally and take the mat to my classes and for my own practice at home.

"What is this life if we have no time to stand and stare?".I find myself constantly on the treadmill of life, letting my stress accumulate. So I opted to unplug and spend time in the tank. What a calming experience! I cannot express the impact of an hour's float. I felt totally relaxed. Even better, the impact can still be felt 2 weeks later.Nina provides the necessary guidance in a calm & patient manner. If like me you find life overwhelming, find time to visit float, relax & recharge. You won't be disappointed. Invest in yourself.

Huge variety of classes, accommodates every level. I have been doing yoga and Pilates for 15 years- the studio offers both with very accomplished and lovely teachers for all levels. It’s great for beginners (I love going back to basics!) and faster flows, and classes at many temperatures (normal to hot!)Nina (the studio owner) has created a space with a lovely feel, bringing in the heart of yoga, so the classes feel full, expansive and restorative to my heart xx

Excellent flotation tank experience. Friendly team and a peaceful, clean room for the flotation tank. The peace to be gained from the total sensory deprivation of floating in the dark is totally unique. I would recommend to anyone in need of an escape from the busyness and noise of everyday life.

Gorgeous studio run by the most wonderful people! They offer a really good variety of classes. The Monday morning Chi flow class is my favourite! I love how it wakes up my whole body, including my joints and organs, and how it teaches me to let my emotions move through me and calm my nervous system.

2026-03-29T13:09:30.952Z

Such a beautiful calm studio which is always spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming. I am loving the range of classes for all. Both hot and room temperature classes, advanced and beginner.
