What a lovely warm welcome I received for the front desk on my first visit and this continued through to my class instructors. Classes are clear & informative helping each individual to work at their own pace & level. Close interaction too is always a bonus & much appreciated. This Yoga spot is clean, relaxing and welcoming. Flotation magic! I cannot begin to describe the sense of calm and relaxation I felt after experiencing the flotation tank. The effects were amazing, and I came away feeling completely refreshed and deeply relaxed.I was slightly apprehensive beforehand as I can be a little claustrophobic, but I was pleasantly surprised. I closed the lid and never once felt restricted or uncomfortable. Instead, I was able to fully switch off, unwind, and enjoy the experience.I would highly recommend flotation to anyone looking for a unique way to relax, de-stress, and take some time out for themselves. An incredible experience that I would happily do again!Almost forgot to had- enjoyed the most delicious Cacao drink and a chocolate ball in the new cafe. Will be coming back for the masala chai next time :)

I wish I took some pictures to share!I have to give absolute credit to the effort care and attention that the owner Nina, whom I’ve only met once but can absolutely read how genuine of a person she is and that the business she has grown is through nothing but love for role. I visited yoga hook for a float session something completely out of my territory and it really has opened my mind to new avenues I feel drawn to explore more.I couldn’t think of a better place to visit.

Gorgeous studio run by the most wonderful people! They offer a really good variety of classes. The Monday morning Chi flow class is my favourite! I love how it wakes up my whole body, including my joints and organs, and how it teaches me to let my emotions move through me and calm my nervous system.

Yoga Hook is a rather super place. I go exclusively for the flotation tank, and it is absolutely remarkable. The experience is incredibly relaxing and restorative.A huge part of what makes this place so wonderful is the staff. I cannot speak highly enough of Nina and Jane. They are exceptionally kind and patient, and they always provide crystal-clear instructions. Even though I'm not a yoga person and perhaps not their typical client, I really feel very comfortable and very welcomed when I have visited. I have quite a demanding job and floating allows me to leave feeling much relaxed and in a much better mood than when I went in!Highly recommended for the float tank and the lovely service! It's such a great benefit to Gerrards Cross.

She took the time to have a really helpful chat with me beforehand, explained everything clearly, and completely put me at ease. Knowing she was there and available to help me in and out of the pod made the whole experience feel safe and comfortable.If you’re considering trying floatation therapy, I’d highly recommend it — especially if you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed, or need pain relief. Being pregnant - knowing it is safe and a significant reduction in pain felt, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Love this place :-) I've had lower back pain for a while, and many people said I should try yoga, but I had always put it off as I thought I would be out of place as a man. Finally went along to Yoga Hook for a few sessions focusing on my back and the transformation has been amazing. They are so welcoming and the class with Amy-Jo has been great, so I'm going to be going regularly now.
