Luke was fantastic at planning and managing a recent build project for us. The project took around 12 months from concept to finish. Throughout the process, from start to finish, Luke and his team were responsive, attentive, and very flexible, particularly to any unforseen amendments that arose during the course of construction. Their work was delivered promptly and the comprehensive materials produced were of a very high standard.What impressed me subsequently was their willingness, beyond the hand-over of the drawings, to promptly answer an abundance of my follow-up questions. We have been so impressed by the excellent service from initial design ideas through to construction. The designs were top quality and suggested features we would never have thought of ourselves.
