I called about the convertible hardtop not working on my 2005 Chevy Ssr. I bought it to the shop, the problem was diagnosed in 30 minutes. The hydraulic part was sent out for rebuilding. Once part was received the team installed it and the top works perfectly. The team also installed PPF on the tailgate.Great service!

Called Brandon because my telluride had gas spilled in it, and after 2 trips to a professional detail shop, the smell wasn't going away. He immediately knew what had to be done, and ordered me new parts the same day. He installed everything new and removed the foam padding which was soaked in gas, cleaned underneath it, and he finally got rid of the smell. Very grateful we found his shop!

The owner decided to blare music in our residential area and a neighbor came out to complain and the owner turned the music off for about 10 seconds and proceeded to blare the music again immediately after she walked away.I assumed it was ignorant young employees but after emailing the owner, it turned out to be the owner that chose to treat his neighbors this way.He even sent an apology email where he then blamed me along with himself for the way we both handled the situation.Bad business practices And neighborly practices from this new business in Phoenixville.
