I am so pleased with my decision to call Sunspace, I have a leak in my 3 season room and today Vincent came to see what was going on. He was able to give me a lot of information about my 3SR, it was here when we bought our home. He told me how old the room was and that it was very soundly built and that all it needed was caulk! Vincent didn't try to SELL me anything! How refreshing to have a sales man come to my home who was polite, knowledgeable and HONEST! Yes, it took a minute to get the permits, gotta love Brigantine doing things in a timely manner, but once it was approved, (Brig is a barrier island, we get northeastners and hurricanes, with extremely high winds) and it shipped it only took 3 days to install the best 2nd floor, off the master bedroom addition. My own personal getaway from the family spot. I'm absolutely loving my new space, rug gets delivered tomorrow, excuse the green floor. The pictures dont so it justice. This whole group of guys, from the owners and the site manager to the crew were both personable and professional. I can't recommend them enough....looking forward to doing the back deck down the road!!!❤️Update.... I'm still loving my room, but I would like to also add in that. I have spent the summer with all this humidity and heat with the sliding glass. Door open to that room and the windows closed. And it has not affected my electricity bill at all. Well, maybe by five dollars, very airtight and efficient. Loving my room even more now

I recently had 10 vinyl windows installed. I was changing my screen porch to a three season room. After many estimates and trying to decide which was the best way to go, build a whole new room or just go with these windows, I absolutely made the right decision. It was the most cost-effective way to make this change. The windows came in three weeks ahead of schedule and the installers couldn’t have been any nicer and done any better of a job. I would recommend anyone looking to change their screen porch into something more livable to absolutely investigate this option. I just love my new Windows. And I loved the price even more.

Bill did a great job with our 3 season sunroom. There were problems with the permits do to new flood elevations and Bill went with me to the building dept every time to go over the plans. The room came out great without any complaints or problems. It is very easy to tell if your builder did a good job--if you are still talking at the end of the project it was a success and I am glad to say that this is the case here. He is always available and if he doesn't answer he always returns messages , emails or texts.
