I’m not one to leave reviews, but I can’t abstain from this phenomenal company.We had a horrible experience with a plumbing company in the past so when we learned we were going to have a substantial repair ahead of us we were very anxious. We were recommended to reach out to Drain Bro’s and it was nothing short of a 10/10 experience.Their communication skills are top-tier; Summer is a pleasure to speak with and answered all of my questions.Seth and Skylar came out and took a look and confirmed that it was unfortunately not an easy fix but we’re so kind and confident about what needed to be done. Within a day we were scheduled for them to come out and get started. As a woman, any construction project comes with a great deal of anxiety but they made sure our floors and furniture were protected from dust and debris.They originally predicted it to be a two-day project but stayed late to complete it in one day to ensure we didn’t go without water in our bathroom.After they were finished they ran thorough tests to ensure that everything was working properly and then cleaned everything up to where it honestly appeared they’d never been there.They had to cut out an entire built in from our living room which left a substantial whole and Seth personally picked out a decorative wooden slab to cover it until we can get the hole patched.They were thorough, informative, and unbelievably kind not just to us but even our daughter whom they brought a bag of gummy bears to after one trip for materials.I can honestly say I have never had a better experience with a company in my life and while I hope I don’t need their services again it would be nothing short of a pleasure to work with them in the future. Absolute life savers. Water heater went out on New Year's Eve and Seth was able to replace it same-day. Great quality and great customer service. Will use them again for any future plumbing work. I highly recommend.
