I had called for a diagnostic check. We scheduled an appointment and with quick response I was able to get serviced quickly. Hector the technician came out keeping me updated with eta before arrival. He was thorough and informed me throughout his process on what he was looking for. Did a great job with explaining the issue. I had water pressure issues that was pointed out by a previous tech. The plumbing tech that was sent ran a quick pressure test and confirmed my pressure reducing valve has failed. He gave me some options for repair and was very helpful. I went ahead and repaired it myself with my channellocks and water pressure tester. If you have no tools or prior experience I'd reccomend them for a quote.
