Silimo car service is amazing, and their customer service is outstanding! They knew we were nervous parents trusting them with our daughter and her 2 friends on prom night. Nick assisted us thoughout the process. We booked online and we made some errors with the reservation. After we called and left a message with the discrepancy, Nick called us immediately indicating that they would take care of everything.We sent the corrected instructions via text message, and Silimo didn't miss a beat. They notified us of their arrival, arrived on time, notified us when they arrived at their destination, called to let us know where they were waiting for the pick-up, pulled up for pick up as the girls departed, and let us know when they were in route home. The car was immaculate, and the driver, Nikoloz, was pristine, well mannered, and gracious. We will definitely use them for our future car service needs. Thank you!
