Very good quality bikes everything went well. I had left my ID and credit cards on the bike. The gentleman that got us going found them and called right away. We returned to the bike shed and he was there with my stuff. He saved my a lot of hassle since I needed my ID for plane ride home.

Our e-bike tour in Bar Harbor was absolutely the highlight of our vacation. Riding through the beautiful scenery was an unforgettable experience, and it gave us such a fun and memorable way to enjoy the area. Everything about the tour felt well organized, enjoyable, and worth it from start to finish.Our tour guide, Bruce, was tremendous. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire ride even better with his enthusiasm and great guidance. He helped make the experience relaxed, interesting, and fun for everyone.This was easily the best part of our Bar Harbor vacation. I would highly recommend this e-bike tour to anyone visiting the area—it is a fantastic way to see the sights, enjoy the outdoors, and create a memory that will stand out long after the trip is over.

These guys were amazing. Last minute decision to book and they came within 45 minutes of our phone call with 4 well-maintained e-bikes, unloaded them at our hotel parking lot, explained how to work them and had us do a couple spins and made adjustments before we were off into Acadia National Park. Great service and experience. Would highly recommend!

We showed up late due to a series of events but Bruce treated us with kind understanding and made sure we were well informed and set for our ride. My family of 5 rented e-bikes with this company and they were great. Excellent customer service, easy to follow instructions, and the bikes were in excellent shape. We rode for over 5 hours and still had plenty of battery charge. We all enjoyed our day!

Conveniently picked the bike up in the parking lot of the visitor center. The fat tire bikes were perfect for the terrain and worked perfectly. The bottle of water in the bag was a nice touch.

The two employees who showed us how to use the bikes were so kind and patient, as this was our first time on Ebikes. They had a great sense of humor and were very approachable. The entire process is so simple. You just leave the bikes, text them when you are done, and they pick them up! Unfortunately, one of us had an accident on the bikes and had to call the emergency number. The lady on the phone was so helpful and compassionate. Luckily, we could still ride back and everyone was ok. She even checked in via text later in the day. Touring the carriage roads was absolutely beautiful, and we loved that we didn't have to try to find parking at Jordon Pond House or to hike the Bubbles - just simply parked our bikes and locked them up. My teens said that our Ebike day was one of the best days they ever had (and they have experienced a lot in their 14 years)! I would highly recommend this company!! I would also recommend a 6 hour rental so you can see everything. I think we covered about 29 miles, didn't really go past a 2 on the assist and still had plenty of battery left.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐We had an absolutely incredible experience renting e-bikes from Acadia Royal E-bikes! We did a 4-hour rental to explore the beautiful carriage trails in Acadia National Park, and it was the perfect amount of time. The bikes were incredibly easy to use, in excellent condition, and definitely the best way to see the park. Highly recommend them if you're visiting Bar Harbor!

We had an excellent experience renting e-bikes from Acadia Royal E-bikes. Dyane greeted us at the Hulls Visitor Center parking lot and gave us instructions on riding the bikes which was very easy. The bikes were so much fun! They were in great shape, comfortable and had a long battery life. We rode 30 miles! I highly recommend Acacia Royal E-bikes.

Dwayne and Nickii were so amazing to work with! The bikes have a lot of power so you barely feel like you’re having to pedal. They worked with us on our time slot and were super friendly! I wrecked my bike (don’t hit just the front brake going downhill) and they were quick to check on me and were nothing but helpful. Thankful for this company and for the great time we had riding the carriage roads!
