We discussed options of part replacement vs whole toilet replacement, going over pricing along with it. We ended up choosing to replace the part and it worked out. We had a really great experience with Wild Pine Plumbing, and especially with our technician, Nathan. From the start, he was friendly, easy to talk to, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on.He did an excellent job assessing the main issue and quickly took the right steps to fix it. While he was working, he also noticed another problem with a supply line that we hadn’t even been aware of. He pointed it out, explained why it could become an issue, and was able to take care of that as well, which we really appreciated.Nathan was professional, thorough, and clearly knew what he was doing. He also made sure everything was cleaned up before he left, which doesn’t always happen and definitely didn’t go unnoticed.The service was timely, reasonably priced, and overall very efficient. We felt really comfortable throughout the whole process and confident in the work that was done.I would absolutely recommend Wild Pine Plumbing, and we’ll definitely call them again if we need help in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Wild Pine Plumbing during our kitchen remodel. They relocated our kitchen sink and did a thorough inspection of the existing plumbing while they were here. They identified potential drainage issues that could have caused problems down the road and updated all of the plumbing in our basement to ensure everything was functioning properly.They also added the proper venting to our plumbing system, which completely eliminated the gurgling and “talking” pipes we had been dealing with for years. In addition, they installed a water line connection for our refrigerator.Brandon and Nathan were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what they found and why the updates were needed. Their attention to detail and quality workmanship gave us confidence that the job was done right. We highly recommend Wild Pine Plumbing and will definitely use them again for future plumbing projects.
