This past Sunday, I got home from Church and running errands to find my home hot hot hot! My AC had stopped working. I contacted Last Key AC and the owner himself showed up about an hour later ready to figure out what was wrong. Kevin identified the problem, explained it to me in simple details that made sense and set to work fixing it. Fortunately, within two hours he had serviced the system and the cold air was flowing again. Kevin also identified some longer term issues that we can make a plan for dealing with. Overall, this was an impressive experience.
