I have used this service for almost two years because I do not have a way to do laundry at home. It is a locally owned business, which I like, and John goes out of his way to be responsive and make you feel like you're the only client whose laundry they do, and always makes sure they take care of any stains or issues I report. He picks up and drops off laundry on time no matter the weather. The clothes are always folded neatly and bundled in a sanitary way. They have never lost even so much as one sock of mine, nor have mixed up anyone else's clothes with my deliveries, either, which are both issues I've encountered with their competitor.

I highly recommend using Laundry Reimagined! I do not have a washer and dryer in my apartment. To have my laundry picked up, washed/dried, hung and folded and returned back within a couple of days is so convenient. The pricing is very affordable. This service has provided such relief for us and they do such a fantastic job. Nothing is ever in question, I always know when they’re picking up and dropping off. One Million stars! I loved sending all our school uniforms, socks, towels, sheets, and blankets. The owner personally picks up/drops off on Tuesday and picks up/drops off back on Friday. It is always a delight to see John. He has saved me countless hours of washing, drying, and folding. Now I just have to put everything away. This has created amazing organization of my closets and drawers. My family of 7 fashion friendly people and 6 dogs in a 6,986 sq. ft. home with 5 bedrooms and 5 baths. Now have perfectly organized closets and drawers, closets full of clean towels and blankets. Clean sheets and blankets on all the beds. Matching socks in everyones drawers. Perfectly crisp school uniforms. Clean bedding for all of my dogs. I sent John some of my toughest loads like the dog washing towels, the clothes that came back from summer camp, the pet waste clean up jobs from our senior Great Dane. Yikes! His knowledge of the garments really show when I send him my delicate garments like silk, and hand wash items. He handles everything I send out without hesitation. He is up for any challenge and each garment is ALWAYS returned in perfect condition. Not a wrinkle, Not a hair, straight and perfectly hung up or perfectly folded, stacked, and wrapped with a delightful fresh smell. Its like a dream come true! It’s completely affordable and saves me more time than my house cleaners do. I’ll never fold another fitted sheet if I have John on my schedule.

This business is beyond amazing! With 4 girls in the house and my husband, we go through a lot of laundry. Kids busy schedules, work and owning a small business make it easy to fall behind on the laundry. John picked up about 120lbs of laundry on Thursday afternoon and brought it back cleaned, on hangers, and sorted by gender and size early Monday Morning. I can't say enough about how amazing this is! I'll never get behind on laundry again!!! John is so kind and the customer service is out of this world. I wish I knew about this a year ago!
