Tony walked us through the Carrier warranty step by step before the work even started. That level of clarity made us comfortable moving forward with the installation.

Our previous AC struggled every summer, especially in the bedrooms. After the Trane unit was installed, the airflow changed completely and now the whole house feels consistently cool without having to lower the thermostat too much.

Same-day appointment booked in the morning and the AC was back up and running cold by mid-afternoon in the Houston heat

Financing structured reasonably enough that upgrading made more financial sense than continuing to repair a system on its last legs

Tony walked through every option without rushing and made it clear there was no pressure to decide on the spot which felt respectful of the budget!

Caught a failing part during routine maintenance before it killed the whole system, saved money long-term and the tech broke it down without being pushy at all.

I had Trane HVAC completed system installed on same day I purchased! Excellent service & competitive price. The tech team, especially Hau was professional and knowledgeable. They take time to explain how to maintain the system after installation.Recommended for your AC & electrical services.

An electrical issue was causing the system to trip the breaker every few hours, tech found a short in the wiring at the disconnect and repaired it on the spot.

Vent airflow was weak throughout the upstairs and the tech found a collapsed section of ductwork in the attic, replaced it and the difference was immediate

Maintenance plan is worth it because the spring visit caught something that would've cost way more to fix during summer if it failed under load

Best service ever! Straightforward, professional, reasonable and kind. I wish more businesses were like this. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need, and the best thing was that I felt comfortable that my tech knew his job. I have worked with a lot of different companies over years of home ownership and improvements. This tech and this company by far exceeded my expectations! Thank you!

The old AC in our Katy house was running non-stop and barely keeping the living room under 78 degrees. We finally replaced it with one of those Trane variable speed units through TL Techs and the difference is night and day. They gave us the promotional upgrades too, which was a great bonus. My brother actually used my referral link from their site last week for his own system, so he got a discount on his install and I just got my $100 check in the mail. It is a solid program and the equipment runs so quiet.
