I was in a jam and needed a birth certificate translated and notarized and I needed a translator to come with us to our immigration interview. Dan was able to get the translation done in a few hours. As an added plus, the translator had been to this kind of interview in the past and was familiar with the procedures. She was extremely helpful.

When I needed an interpreter on short notice (I first made contact at 2 p.m. for a funeral at 9 the next morning) Access came through. We traveled to Florida from out of state and did not know where to start to find a sign language intepreter. The interpreter who provided this service was pleasant and professional, and our deaf family member was able to participate fully in this important family event. We're very grateful that Access responded quickly and with genuine care for our need.
