My water heater failed on Easter Saturday at 1pm. Company owner Billy James purchased a replacement water heater for me that afternoon. His technician, Israel, arrived Easter Sunday morning at 7:31am for his 7:30am appointment (pictured here). Israel was knowledgeable, bilingual, and professional. He left the premises at 10:30am and we had hot water again at 11am that morning! I can only describe this transaction as an absolute lifesaver. Thank you Billy and everyone at B.L. James & Son.

A month ago I noticed the insulation around a 35’ HVAC line that runs to a unit in our attic was rapidly deteriorating & exposing wiring to the elements. Based on excellent reviews of B.L. James & Sons I requested & received an estimate for the work within 2 days of my initial phone call. I received a 2nd estimate from another company but chose B.L James & Sons based on cost & the detailed plan for the work. A week later the work started on time and was completed to my complete satisfaction. Highly recommend this company!

Premium pricing for below average service. I've had 3 techs, all with their own issues: show up 1.5 hours late, trouble speaking english, or try to sell you unnecessary services (it's very clear these guys are commission driven). Their quotes are also 2x compared to other vendors in the area.
