My wife has know Katie since she was a little girl. We have been fortunate to watch her grow up into the special person she is now! Such a kind, understanding, sincere, honest, hard working woman that she has become! So we didn't hesitate to contract with her to sell our home of 22 years. I knew this was going to be a difficult sale because the market is one of the worst I have seen for sellers.We interviewed 3 agents and my wife and I were surprised at how much better prepared Katelyn was than the other agents. They were prepared but Katelyn stood out. The other agents were more focused on the weakness's of our property. Katelyn focused on the strengths. She recognized the challenges of the property but that was not the sales strategy. She pushed back strongly when I suggested starting at a lower price and she was right. She understands the value of the area and the property itself.I have never had an agent provide such amazing service. Mostly, I have felt that the commission for the selling agent is expensive for the service provided, but Katelyn provided service way above what I expected. I am in awe of her energy and commitment to her client. She was always straight forward, honest and clear during negotiations regardless of how difficult the buyers were being. She always kept our best interest in focus. If you want a top agent that will provide your best experience then Katelyn is the one! We liked the general Camas area best after driving around the greater Portland/Vancouver metro area. While looking at open houses most Real Estate agents would push a us a bit to act as our agent. I wanted someone to represent us as buyers but just did not feel a great connection with any of them.We met Katelyn at just such an open house. The key was how low-key and friendly she was. Katelyn did a fantastic job of selling our home of 33 years on acreage and finding us a nice quiet neighborhood in Washougal to enjoy!
