Eliseo has always been a great help! I got 2 leather kits on e for my 2025 Tacoma and one set for my dad’s 2006 Tacoma. I installed them myself and needed some advice on few things and Eliseo was more than happy to help. Even did a FaceTime call so he could point me in the right direction. After about 1 year. A small wear spot started appearing on my driver lower seat from me sliding in with jeans on. Really Norman’s wear and tear, but Eliseo was more than happy to get it warrantied and had a new seat bottom shipped at no charge within a week. Thank you again Eliseo!
